Biography

Thomas Benedetti has been engaged in the private practice of law in New Jersey and New York since 1985. He is a graduate of William Paterson University (BA), Fordham University (MA) and Rutgers University School of Law. (JD). Tom specializes in commercial transactions, business representation, commercial and residential real estate, as well as wills, trusts and estates. Tom represents start-up and established business entities in general legal matters and complex transactions. Tom also represents purchasers, sellers and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions in New York and New Jersey. He is regularly appointed in guardianship and estate proceedings by the Morris County Surrogate. He has served as Special Morris County Counsel since 2011 and as Special Counsel to the Morris County Park Commission.
